This approach is particularly helpful for neurodivergent parents and carers and for those who are hard of hearing.
Email Support Sessions
This service includes your initial email, a detailed response from me, and one follow-up email if clarification is needed. It is designed to cover one main query or situation; if you have additional or unrelated questions, these may require a separate session. The fee for this service is £60, and you will receive a response within 48 hours of me receiving all the information I need.
EHCNA Review and Edit
This service includes a detailed review of one draft EHCNA request, with edits to improve clarity, strengthen your evidence, and identify any missing areas. You'll receive one revised version and one round of clarification if needed. The fee is £120. Additional revisions or review of further documents are charged separately. Turnaround time is 3–5 working days.
EHCNA Request - Full Writing Service
This service includes reviewing your information, structuring and writing a complete EHCNA request, and producing a clear, evidence-based document ready to send. One round of clarification is included if needed. The fee is £240 (£120 to secure your booking and £120 before the final document is released). Additional revisions may be charged separately. Turnaround time is 5–7 working days.
EHCP Draft Review and Edit
This service includes a detailed review of one draft document and its supporting evidence. I will identify any weak, missing or unclear sections, improve clarity, strengthen evidence linking, and amend wording where appropriate. You'll receive one revised version and one round of clarification if needed. The fee is £120. Turnaround time is 3–5 working days.

I provide structured guidance and practical support relating to the SEND system. I am not acting as a therapist and do not provide ongoing emotional support, counselling, or crisis intervention.
While I understand that navigating the SEND system can be emotionally overwhelming, this service is focused on clear, practical guidance rather than therapeutic support.
